Even if the user is not looking at the screen, they can continue to step up and down with the help of the guide sound.
One of the best features of this app is that it works in the background. The timer and notification tone can work even when the screen of the app is not displayed. This means that the user can use other apps or put their phone to sleep without interrupting the exercise routine. Additionally, the timer stops automatically if a phone call comes in while the timer is running (Android 6.0 and later only). Lastly, the Exercise History calendar shows past exercise times or steps by date, which is a helpful feature for tracking progress.
